- I’ve held key positions at 3 analytics vendors – Webtrends, Coremetrics, and WebCriteria (acquired by Coremetrics)
- I developed the core global analytics strategy for HSBC, one of the largest banks in the world; it is still in use today and continues to evolve with the business
- I’ve done significant analytics strategy and optimization work for organizations like AT&T, Bank of America, Alltel, Mastercard, Fujitsu, HSBC, Logitech, Orbitz, American Eagle Outfitters, ThomsonReuters, Internet Broadcasting, Kmart, and more
- I’ve designed multiple product integrations with analytics tools to solve marketing automation and optimization challenges, including integrations with email, multi-variate testing, banner re-targeting, content management, voice of customer and survey, site search and navigation, and more
- I’ve built teams multiple times in my career, including building the first analytics consulting practice at Webtrends
- I excel at solving complex problems with multiple stakeholders
